Another 48 (minus 1) Hours

Another weekend, another chance to strut my girly stuff, and then tell you all about it in my tranny-picture-album-cum-weblog*!

Anyway, on with the story... Vicky Valentine and I decided to check out the Birmingham scene as I'd never been before and Vicky wanted to do a little bit more research before April's Trans-NATION Birmingham. As one of my bezzer mates Sophie lives reasonably near to Brum, she decided to come too. And another good friend Jessica came because... um... look, I have a hard enough time inventing excuses for my own tranny excursions without having to think of reasons for other girls!

As we are all tranny style icons (for example, I'm the Recycle Bin icon), we'd all managed to co-ordinate our outfits around a different colour, right down to the nail vanish. So it was like a scene from the tranny version of Reservoir Dogs as Miss Red (Vicky), Miss Turquoise (Sophie), Miss Pink (Jess) and Miss Gold (myself) sashayed down Hurst Street to sample the delights of Birmingham's gay quarter.

The delights of Brum turned out to be many and varied, particularly Club DV8. I'm very much looking forward to going to again next month for the Trans-NATION bash.

Oh, and the clocks went forward while we were there. The weekend was shorter than it should have been to the tune of 1 hour, but we made the most of it!
