Free newspaper with every wallchart

They were sold out of "Amphibians and Reptiles" today, so I had to buy "Weather Systems" instead. It came with a free copy of the Independant.

What is it with daily newspapers at the moment that they seem to all come with a free wallchart or poster? I was using them to decorate my new office, but I'm starting to run out of room. So now I'm just putting up the ones with funny names for things. Who could guess there would be a British garden insect called the "common cockchafer"?

Anyway, I think it all smacks of desperation, lazy thinking, and a paucity of ideas.

Despite that being rhetorical, let's just say that the little blighters tend to keep us awake, at night, when they fly in through our bedroom window.
